One thought on “Are Catholics the “Brains” of the Christian Right?

  1. Lately I have been thinking about thinkers and how there are different types of thinkers. I arbitrarily put them into two different categories: cerebral thinkers and visceral thinkers. The first type (cerebral thinkers) will think a problem through and come up with a rational response. The second type (visceral thinkers) rely on their gut feelings to come up with a response. And that response is usually based upon emotions.

This article sort of confirms my thinking especially when I read that the evangelical “bible colleges and seminaries were meant to create believers and converts, not intellectuals.”

    Interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing.
